Under this policy,you may request a return/refund within the protection period if your item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged or defective,or not as described,or not satisfied.
How long do I have to make a return/refund if item arrives damaged/ defective/not as described/not satisfied due to personal reason? Usually, it lasts 15 days from the moment you confirm receipt of your item. However the after-sales protection period also varies in different countries like below:

When AmI Not Eligible for Compensation if My Package Isn’t Delivered?
1.Acts of Nature:
No refunds for non-delivery due to severe weather or natural disasters like hurricanes,floods,or earthquakes.
2.Courier Issues:
Refunds aren’t available when delivery fails because of courier-related problems,such as strikes,equipment breakdowns,or other operational hiccups.
3.Address Errors:
If your package can’t be delivered because of an incorrect,incomplete,or inaccurate address or ZlP code,you won’t be eligible for a refund.
4.Missed Deliveries/Refused Package:
No refunds if the package is returned because you or anyone acting on your behalf wasn’t available to accept it when the courier attempted delivery.
5.Awaiting Pickup:
Once your package status changes to”pending pickup by recipient”(or similar),you’re no longer eligible for refunds or reshipments.

6.Rescheduled Deliveries:
No refund could be issued if you’ve requested a different delivery time.
7.On-Time Delivery:
No refunds for packages delivered within the guaranteed timeframe.
8.Policy Violations:
Refunds won’t be issued in cases of fraud,abuse,or breaches of our policies.
9.Regulatory Changes:
You’re not eligible for a refund if delivery fails due to changes in customs clearance laws,regulations, or policies.10.Force Majeure:
No refunds for delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond Stellarpickglobal or the courier’s control,including pandemic-related restrictions.11.Late Tax Payments:
If your package can’t be sent or delivered because you’ve delayed paying applicable taxes,you won’t be eligible for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?
.Refunds can take1-10 working days to arrive dependent on your original payment method
.Any due refund can be sent to your original payment method

What other scenarios fall under Return/Refund policy?
There are TWO other situations in which you can use and benefit under this Return policy:
1-When sellers break their promises, either related to:
transaction or after-sales services, such as a failure to follow up with the warranty on your order as promised or as required by any relevant laws and regulations
logistics and delivery services,such as asking you to pay additional shipping costs after your order’s been placed,or not sending your order using the agreed shipping method,route,logistics services,express delivery companies,etc.
2-When there is a case of unacceptable behavior from sellers that could affect your rights as a shopper,and/or the use of abusive language during any communication with you.

Important things to note

  1. Please use the return address listed on the return/refund page,not the address of the original sender.
    2.Pack the return items carefully and make sure you haven’t accidentally included personal belongings in the return package.Items in the package cannot be sent back or refund.
    3.Your original shipping fee is only reimbursed unless all the items of an order are returned.
